If a shipment must be resent due to customer error, additional shipping charges may apply.


8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to respond to courier communication

The package may be returned, held, or destroyed according to the courier's policies.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.


9. RISK OF LOSS AND TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided.

For orders collected from designated pick-up locations, responsibility transfers once the parcel has been delivered to the collection point.


10. DELAYED SHIPMENTS

While Smash Element strives to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur.

Smash Element shall not be liable for:

Delivery delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, compensation, or chargeback.

  • Cancel suspicious orders
